Hana's Art Commission Terms of Service
Payment1. Full Payment for commissions is due after the sketching stage. Payment can also be made in installments if the price of the commission exceeds 100$ and a down payment amounting into 50% of the price of the commission will be required to be paid by the client.2. The only accepted mode of payment is through Paypal. All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to change without notice.3. For commissions containing NSFW content, a surcharge of 60% of the base price will be applied.4. Failure to complete payment by the agreed-upon date will result in the commission not being delivered, even if a down payment has been made.5. No refunds or cancellations once the commission is confirmed. Refunds will only be given if the artist is unable to complete the commission.6. During the sketch phase, clients may request unlimited revisions to ensure the artwork meets their expectations. During the line art up until the coloring phase, a maximum of two (2) minor revisions are permitted. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be subject to extra charges.7. Rush commissions will be subject to an additional fee.
Communication1. Updates will be through the artist's discord server or direct messages (depending on the client's preference)2. If there's any questions or inquiries, you can send a ticket at the ticket channel of the server or directly via the artist's socials.3. You are welcome to request updates on your project; however, please allow the artist a reasonable timeframe to complete the commission.4. The artist reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on my socials or discord server.
